Hi, I'm Greg. I started BTS in 2003. My vision then was to start a Bicycle Technical Service center where my customer can come and have confidence that their bicycle is in good hands, and that they will have top quality service, with specific attention to detail through precision work.
Hi, I'm Greg. I started BTS in 2003. My vision then was to start a Bicycle Technical Service center where my customer can come and have confidence that their bicycle is in good hands, and that they will have top quality service, with specific attention to detail through precision work.
In 2003 I decided to leave the bicycle retail store I was currently working at so I could begin to place more emphasis on service instead of sales. I started my own service center where I could spend the time with each bicycle that I felt their owners deserved. I renovated a building that I had on my property and converted it into a repair shop / service center.
Since then I have been servicing my customers with precision work that allows them to have the best ride their bicycle can possibly bring them.
Years later I added the capability to sharpen chain saws. As a chain saw user myself, I was tired of seeing saw dust, instead of wood chips, when using my chain saw, and decided to sharpen my own chains with the same precision work I use on bicycles.
Since then I have been servicing my customers with precision work that allows them to have the best ride their bicycle can possibly bring them.
